Well... school is finally out. Now I can focus on myself and my family. The boys have been tagging along with me on my walks. They use their scooters and I become caddy with the water bottles.

Last night I went for a walk with Lori (Eric's wife). It was really nice to walk and not have to stop for a water break. We went 1.37 miles in 26 minutes - so really good pace. We waited till Christopher went to bed - that way it was a beautiful temperature.

We just ate breakfast, so as soon as it settles, we will be walk-bound again.

Just had to add something about the boys - one of the blogs I follow also has identical twin boys whom also are named Matt and Jon. She was talking about the interaction of twins and how they are becoming each other's best friend. So she got me thinking: I just love to watch the twin interaction. It's amazing the bond they have - not only because they shared a womb for nine months, not only because they share DNA, but because they are brothers and love each other. There will be times that they will do everything in their power to annoy the other one, but there will be plenty of times when they will be the shoulder the other one will need.

I just read your comments on my blog. It's good to hear from you again. Congrats on getting back to exercise. You give me hope. I still have a good 20 pounds to lose and it's so hard right now with the twins so young. But I'm counting on the longer days of summer to help.

You are going to do great this summer. You and Lori can go for a walk anytime you want. After Chad and I get back from SD. You do have some great boys.

I guess I'm not the only writer in the family. I love the paragraph about the true, so true.
