VENTING NEEDED...

Hi everyone... I have been so busy with school work then house work and still trying to unpack. We can't get a single car in the 3 car garage yet... but we will get there. I would rather have the garage a mess then the house. The landscapers started yesterday and the blinds should be installed the end of this week. The temperatures are starting to come down (even though it's still low 100s during the day); the temps at night and in the morn are getting better. The family is scheduled for a one mile fun run on Sunday. I'm starting slow but need to at least set some goals... with me going back to teaching, taking care of the boys, and trying to keep the house clean pretty much eats up all my time. I also have parent teacher conferences on Wednesday and Thursday so I won't be home till late... hubby gets to do dinner this time. I took today off to take LO to the dr for his 6mth appt (even though he'll be 7mth on Thurs). He now weighs 22 pounds and is 29 inches long (over 95th percentile for both areas)... guess you could say I get a weight workout in every day... LOL...

Better hide this post from Chad so he doesn't get any ideas... :-P. I thought it was cute. As for your busy schedule, plan on setting aside some time maybe Saturday and you and Lori go out for a couple of hours to unwind without kids. Both of you are sounding so stressed out with school and kids, you both need a break. I can not give you the entire weekend, but maybe a few hours.

Try to be patient, it will come together. It's so hard to be a mommy, wife, teacher and do all the things you do. Things will settle down once the school year gets rolling a bit more and you are a little more settled in the house. I am sure the minute I go back to teaching I am going to have to cut way back on my training..it just fits in right now because I am not working. Anyway, baby steps and you will get there.

Can't wait to meet you and the family on Sunday.

PS Make Chad do the cleaning...just tell him it's part of triathlon training. ;>)

Ok, I'm going to have to keep you and J-mom apart. You are already consiring against me and you haven't even seen each other yet!

Just because I'm paranoid doesn't mean they aren't out to get me, right?

Have fun with your parent teacher meetings today. Remember your students are the product of those parents and the apple does not always fall far from the tree.

You are doing great holding it together. Life just seems to get in the way sometimes. But what would we do without it. Good luck with you conferences.
