CHRISTOPHER JAMES SAYBAN IS ONE YEAR OLD!

CHRISTOPHER JAMES SAYBAN IS ONE YEAR OLD!

Wow... how time flies... Today is my special day. I woke up this morning and was allowed to open up a present. I wasn't sure what to do with the paper on the outside and was kind of afraid when the package started making fire truck sounds. But with my brothers' help, I was able to get it out and play. I see more presents on the table but I have to wait till dinner to open those.
Hmmm... one year already. It's amazing all the things I can do now - I can walk. I can squat. I'm trying to run. I babble constantly. I'm learning to feed myself. I love to eat the things my brothers' are eating. I love to play with cars, trucks, and trains. I follow my brothers everywhere. I can stand. I can hit. I can bite. I know my name. I know what I'm not supposed to do, but do it anyways. I'm learning to climb the stairs, but not sure how to get down. I love to wrestle.

My family is getting ready for a big party on Saturday. I can't wait - all these people are going to come to my house to see me.

Up till last week, I had four teeth on the bottom and only two on top. Within the last two days, my other top two teeth have both popped through and one of my molars on the bottom is really close to breaking the skin. I have had a hard time with nights but my mommy has been taking care of me.

There was a period of one week where my Grandma Marilyn and Uncle Brian were here to help as mommy had to go away on a class field trip. It was so nice to see them and to actually play on the floor with them. I am used to seeing them on the computer but not actually being able to touch them.

Happy Birthday Christopher! I love how you kept us posted on your whole first year. It would be great if your mommy printed all of this out and put it in a scrapbook for you! Enjoy your party on Saturday!

Hi! I just read your comment on my blog and your post on BBC. It looks like your Jonathan and Matthew are identical too. All your boys are adorable! We chose those names because we were looking for names with absolutely no negative connotations for either of us. Neither of us could think of a Matthew or Jonathan we didn't like. We found it ironic when we later found out they have the same meaning and the boys were identical. I love your blog! We moved to Cincinnati from Arizona four years ago and I'm really missing the weather right now. Happy birthday Christopher!
